R Praying Hands envisions a specialized trauma and recovery center dedicated to the comprehensive care of gunshot survivors.
The center will bring together medical professionals, physical and behavioral health services, victim-support specialists, case managers, community partners, and other essential resources under one roof.
From emergency recovery and rehabilitation to emotional healing, family support, education, employment assistance, and long-term reintegration, our goal is to create a continuum of care that addresses the whole person—not simply the wound.
Our vision is to build a place where survivors are not forgotten after leaving the hospital, but connected to the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives.
We envision a center where survivors and their families can find hope, healing, support, dignity, and a pathway forward.
